DC Comics Super Heroes and Wonder Woman: Vote for My Hero—USPS “Stamp Encore” Voting Opens!

Honestly, the moment I saw the “Stamp Encore” voting campaign on the USPS website, my hand instinctively reached for the voting button. The list of candidates included “DC Comics Super Heroes” (2006) and “Wonder Woman” (2016).
It was like, “Come on, bring us back!”

This is not just a stamp; this is my youth and faith

As a child, I did my homework with a Batman poster in front of me, fell asleep watching Superman’s cape fly across the screen, and Wonder Woman, in my heart, symbolized the power of perseverance, no matter how chaotic the world.
These heroes taught me about perseverance and justice, and they also reminded me, in the daily grind, of the impulse to say, “I can be strong too.”
So, when the USPS offered to allow the public to select a classic stamp to be reprinted in 2026, my choice was a no-brainer.

Voting details (I have voted several times)

Voting period: From now until September 30th, it’s completely free, and you can vote as many times as you want.

Voting method:

Vote online directly at stampsforever.com/vote (it only takes seconds)

Or print a paper ballot and mail it back to USPS (retro and ceremonial)

Results will be announced at the Boston World’s Fair in May 2026.

To be honest, I plan to invest once every morning while drinking coffee, as a kind of ritual.

Why do I have to let them come back?

DC Comics Super Heroes (2006): It is a picture of a gathering of heroes. Each stamp is like a comic strip, filling the envelope with the heroic spirit.

Wonder Woman (2016): This 75th anniversary edition of Wonder Woman’s iconic logo embodies a perfect blend of strength and grace.
I hope one day I’ll be able to pin it to the top right corner of my envelope again—a source of unspoken pride.

It’s the fans’ responsibility

Some people might think it’s just a stamp, but for us, it’s part of our culture, a little love letter that can fly around the world.
I’m not just going to vote myself; I’m also going to:

Post support posts on social media to attract more DC fans to vote

Organize an online “voting challenge” with friends to see who can last until September 30th

Use the stamp candidate pictures as your phone wallpaper to remind yourself to vote every day.

So, if you, like me, have been accompanied by these heroes and healed by Wonder Woman’s smile, please don’t just be a bystander—
Go vote and let them soar on every envelope again in 2026.
This is our response to the heroes and the echo they leave us.
